SHIPPING
INFORMATION:
NOTE: If your order totals more than $75.00,
your shipping charge will not show up on the shopping cart check-out page
correctly. Our webmaster is fixing this but for right now, check the chart below
under "Regular" to see what you will be charged.
HOW DO WE SHIP? AlterYears ships three
ways:
REGULAR
Shipping: These orders generally go US Postal Service Priority
Mail or Ground (if a large order). You will normally
receive your order within 2-3 weeks.
RUSH Shipping:
Goes Priority Mail or FedEx 2nd day air, gets priority handling,
leaves us within 2 working days and takes 2-3 days more to reach you for a
total of 3-5 working days.
EXPRESS Shipping: Goes FedEx or Express Mail overnight. If the
order is received by noon Pacific time we will make every effort possible
to get it out the same day so it will reach you the next day. If you
need Saturday delivery, we will use USPS Express Mail. For some
locations, only two-day service is available.
RUSH and EXPRESS Shipping are available in the
Continental USA only. Street address required for delivery. Subject to
merchandise availability. While we make every effort to expedite
your shipment, we cannot absolutely guarantee delivery. If your need is
urgent, call us to discuss your shipping
options.
RUSH/EXPRESS surcharges: If you select "Rush"
or "Express" the shipping charge will be more than is shown on the
shopping cart check out. For RUSH orders, a $10 surcharge will be
added to your total. For EXPRESS service, there is a $25 surcharge on top
of the regular shipping expense. These surcharges are added to your
invoice at the time of shipping. RUSH and EXPRESS services are not
guaranteed, though we do our best to oblige.
NEED YOUR ORDER FAST? If you need faster
service than two weeks, you will need to call/fax your order in to us to

international orders. Surface orders ship first class mail or parcel post
if too heavy for first class. Airmail orders ship International Priority Mail.
